- 1 pack of small club sandwich bread
- 3 slices of “Croque Monsieur” cheese from Smeds
- 50 gr. of smoked turkey from Al Fajr
- Pinch of oregano
Bechamel sauce:
- 40 gr. of Smeds butter
- 40 gr. of flour
- 100 gr. of Smeds milk powder
- 400 ml. of water
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Start with the bechamel sauce. Put the butter from Smeds in a bowl on a low heat to melt and then add the flour and stir well, so that we have a dough.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
- Mix the water with milk from Smeds, add it slowly to the dough and stir. Put nutmeg, salt and black pepper and put them on the side.
- Cut the edges of the bread, add a little béchamel sauce, smoked turkey and Smeds croque monsieur cut into squares the same size of the club sandwich.
