- 200 gr. of Smeds butter
- 300 gr. of flour
- 2 tsp of anise
- 100 gr. of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 140 gr. of grounded hazelnuts
- Put the butter at room temperature, until it becomes soft.
- Mix the ingredients well and then put them in the fridge for about an hour.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Sprinkle some flour on the table and some on the rolling pin and make it flat with a height of half a cm.
- With a cutter, cut the cookies and place them on a parchment paper in the oven so that the edges are golden in color.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool down, and then serve.
