  • 1 can condensed milk from Smeds
  • 1 can of Smeds Ashta
  • 250 gr. of Smeds milk powder
  • 800 ml of water
  • 150 gr. of cornflour
  • A pinch of pistachios
  • 200 gr. of Osmalliyeh dough
  • 70 gr. of butter
Sugar Syrup:
  • 300 ml of water
  • 300 gr. of sugar
  • Rose water
  • Orange blossom water
  • Lemon wedge
  • Put the sugar, water and lemon over a low heat, stir only once.
  • Separate the Osmalliyeh dough from each other and cut it into large pieces so that it will be easy to pour when we put it in the oven tray.
  • Melt the butter and rub it well with the dough. Put half of the quantity in the tray and press it well by hand. Leave about 3 cm height on the sides in the same way as making the tart.
  • Mix the Smeds milk with water, add the condensed milk from Smeds, Ashta from Smeds and put it in a pot over a low heat.
