Chicken Stuffed Feta

- 200 gr. of Feta Valbreso
- 12 sundried tomatoes
- 4 chicken breasts
- 30 gr. of baby spinach
- A pinch of French thyme
- 30 gr. of ready-made pesto sauce
- 1 tbsp of President butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- Salt and black pepper
- We flatten the chicken breast in the shape of a butterfly with a hammer.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Add feta Valbreso, pesto, French thyme, spinach and sliced sundried tomatoes, then roll tightly without tearing the chicken.
- In a hot frying pan, put the oil, garlic, French thyme, President butter and cook the chicken well.
- When we finish the frying process, let the chicken rest for a minute, then cut it and serve.
