  • 200 gr. of Feta Valbreso
  • 12 sundried tomatoes
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 30 gr. of baby spinach
  • A pinch of French thyme
  • 30 gr. of ready-made pesto sauce
  • 1 tbsp of President butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • We flatten the chicken breast in the shape of a butterfly with a hammer.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Add feta Valbreso, pesto, French thyme, spinach and sliced sundried tomatoes, then roll tightly without tearing the chicken.
  • In a hot frying pan, put the oil, garlic, French thyme, President butter and cook the chicken well.
  • When we finish the frying process, let the chicken rest for a minute, then cut it and serve.
